I will REVIEW my recent actions, motives, thoughts, and words against each quality below for each day of the month shown; CONFESS where I have sinned against God & others; REPENT of this sin, asking God for forgiveness and help: [a] to change my heart and [b] in persevering to turn from sin and [c] for forgiveness and healing from those harmed by my sin.
Every day. Galatians 5:19-21 19 When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, 21 envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God. [NLT] The other sins include pride AA; grumbling BB; sloth = [lack of effort performing any task or Bible command with agape love to the glory of God] CC; greed DD; gluttony EE, etc. REVIEW- Did my actions or thoughts demonstrate that I walked in my sinful nature yesterday or last week? Name the individual sins you need to CONFESS out of the 20 listed above; REPENT.
Review love on these days of each month: 1-13-25. love A & B– “agape” love, sacrificial love of Christ as He went to the cross. The love that the Holy Spirit produces in our hearts as we walk by the Spirit, enabling believers to love God and others, even our enemies, those that persecute us and people different from us. “For this is what love for God is: to keep his commands. And his commands are not a burden,” [1 John 5:3 CSB] REVIEW- Did I demonstrate my love by obeying God yesterday and last 2 weeks? CONFESS; REPENT.
days 2-14-26. joy A – an emotion of great delight from total dependence on Jesus Christ. Jesus set the example “…Because of the joy awaiting Him, He endured the cross, disregarding its shame…” [Hebrews 12:2 NLT] Because I love and trust Jesus “rejoicing with a glorious, inexpressible joy” [1 Peter 1:8 NLT] REVIEW– Have I been filled with this kind of joy no matter what my circumstances are? CONFESS; REPENT
days 3-15-27. peace A – Then – At the time of salvation “we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” [Romans 5:1]; as a result now we can have ” the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension,…in Christ Jesus. [Philippians 4:4-7] The peace of God provides freedom of mind from annoyance, distraction, anxiety, bitterness; freedom from strife, grumbling or dissension. REVIEW- Did I have the peace of God yesterday and last month? CONFESS; REPENT
4-16-28. patience– [perseverance–steadfastness–endurance] A & B –handling the pressures, trials, tests, and problems of life as I relate to other people. This requires God’s grace, faith one day at a time while trusting and waiting on God, sometimes for years. REVIEW-Have I been patient recently? CONFESS; REPENT. [an approach to Problem Solving!]
5-17-29. kindness A & B – if we love Jesus we must also love and be kind to others. “In everything,…treat people the same way you want them to treat you,…” [Matthew 7:12]; 3 Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit,… 8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. [Philippians 2:3-8] … REVIEW- Have I been kind to others? CONFESS; REPENT
6-18-30. goodness– [moral excellence– virtuous] A & B — Jesus was good to people by helping, healing, encouraging, warning and telling the way to the Kingdom of God. Knowing God is good, be good to people and be a good person. 40 Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.” [Matthew 25:35-36,40] REVIEW- Have I been a good person recently? CONFESS; REPENT
7-19-31. faithfulness A – 22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. 23 Great is his faithfulness…[Lamentations 3:22-23a] the Spirit empowers the believer to be thorough in the performance of duty to God and others. True to one’s words, promises, vows, and loyal, reliable, and trusted by God and others. REVIEW- Have I been faithful recently? CONFESS; REPENT
8-20. gentleness A – Jesus said “learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart. [Matthew 11:29b] A gentle person is kind, amiable, mild, polite; not severe, rough or violent. REVIEW- Was I gentle like Jesus yesterday? CONFESS; REPENT
9-21. self-control A & B – The believer has the Power available to make a practice of controlling emotions, making righteous decisions, and dealing with the pleasures and temptations of life. REVIEW- Did my actions demonstrate that I am filled by the Holy Spirit yesterday, last week, & month? CONFESS; REPENT
10-22. faith B – “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” [Romans 10:17 NKJV]. REVIEW- Did my actions or thoughts demonstrate that I walked in faith yesterday, last week, & month? Name the times you did not. CONFESS; REPENT
11-23. knowledge B –His divine power has given us everything required for life and godliness a through the knowledge b of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness. [2 Peter 1:3 HCSB, a– holiness; b– Bible knowledge and relationship knowledge] An intimate relationship with Jesus requires spending time with Him in His Word daily, seeks the Holy Spirit’s guidance, prayer, memorizing scripture, and applying Bible promises and commands. As this process continues a more intimate relationship will develop with Jesus. REVIEW- Did I spend time with Jesus yesterday and the last month? CONFESS; REPENT
12-24. godliness–[holiness–God-likeness] B —15 But as the one who called you is holy, you also are to be holy in all your conduct; 16 for it is written, Be holy, because I am holy. [1 Peter 1:15-16 CSB] Holiness is doing the will of God, putting others first, loving God and others, does the right thing, following the example set by Jesus. REVIEW- Was I holy yesterday and the last month? CONFESS; REPENT

[All but the 3 highlighted are in the 9 Fruit of the Spirit above] The scripture provides the result of increasing or lacking growth in these qualities. 2 PETER 1:8- 9.. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being useless and unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 The person who lacks these things is blind and short-sighted and has forgotten the cleansing from his past sins. CSB
The Church from 30 to 350 AD grew to 56% of the world population because believers exhibited these qualities. [ 5 Reasons Christianity increased to 56% of the world population by 350 AD. ]
