All people will be judged –

1 Corinthians 3:14-15.. 14 If any man’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. 15 If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.

There will come a judgment day for every person. For Disciples this judgment comes after receiving our resurrection bodies A in heaven. Vv. 11-12 describes this judgment and compares it to a trial by fire. V.14 describes a person who will receive a reward for works after salvation and v.15 describes a person who will not receive a reward but is still in heaven, but as we use to say “with his coattails on fire.”

The person who rejected Jesus on earth will be judged about 1,000 years later and be cast into the lake of fire. B

O God may I live my life with an understanding my judgment time is coming and that a part of that judgment will be my faithfulness in proclaiming the gospel of Jesus and His love.
